EJT Construction Management was built around a simple idea: do commercial concrete paving and flatwork well, and do not try to be everything else. We are a subcontractor, and our two services are commercial concrete paving and commercial concrete flatwork. That focus is intentional. It keeps our crews skilled at the work they do every day and keeps our estimating sharp.
We work for general contractors, developers, and property managers across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Because one estimating team prices both concrete paving and flatwork, clients who need both get a coordinated package instead of two subcontractors and two schedules to manage.
North Texas is a demanding place to pour concrete. The expansive clay soil moves with every wet and dry cycle, and summer heat shortens the working window on every slab. We plan every project around those conditions, which is why we treat the subgrade beneath the slab as carefully as the surface itself.
